Greatly dissapointed.

Since 2019 to date, no outstanding payments albeit paid two halves and not always on the due date, my payments were made in full. Maybe not timeously, but always every month in full. Two of these payments were made in 2021 (between Months Apr to July,) at the ATMS at Absa (Greenaces) and FNB (Newtonpark).

I must say, although FNB WENT out of their way to assist with the tracking and tracing of the payment cash deposit,it was to no avail. They could only up to such point due to legalities and obviously policy due to customer privacy and such, I was afterall not their clien ABSA, on the other hand utterly rude and unhelpful, no attempt to even help.

YES, how easy it would have been if I didnt misplace the recepits. Unfortunately its gone and I have no way to priof that I paid that mknth other then me mentally seeing my visit to those banks. On top of it always making a point of keeping receipts, but because it being Atm slips, it went missing never to be foind. Alas, there surely wont be any ink visibility even if I found it today.

Me losing the slios is on me and I take ownership for that, but I KNOW I paid R14 500 as cash deposit into either 1 of their 4 Accounts, at Absa and or FNB. Is it ny fault the The atm did not accept the SA taxi issued reference nr. So not thinking much of it, I entered my name and there was an option asking for my cell nr. Which I did. And it went throigh.

Today I'm faced with a summons, claiming I owe SATaxi, t 25k. Where the hell is all that g fees and charges coming from. Almost 2years later threatening me TO MAKE AREANGEMENTS to pay or the vehicle.... my son's blood and sweat to keep a float with these ridiculously high installments. Is now in threat of being reposessed or me having to go to court. Not even in PE, but Grahamstown.

Thats another thing peeps, there is no branches that can assist you locally, any conversations or dealings, will have to be done telephonically. Another pain in the butt.

My initial excitement to be a client of SATaxi has gone south people, they will gladly assist, but pleas do your home work first and make sure you do speak to others for more clarity.

The insurance, OH LORD, another ripp off. To think I got these people another client, I so regret having done that and just hope they dont have the same experience.
