These guys are the worst insurer that i have ever come across with and they dont have the interest of their customers at heart.My Taxi was involved in an accident on the 09th August 2018 and it was towed to some yard in Vanderjipark.I then informed the insurance that i have my own preferred panelbeater who doesnt take too much time in repairing vehicles,i was told not to worry Refiloe will call me to take all the details and assist me .After three days nobody contacted me i phoned again they told me that Tebogo is handling the claim I have been phoning Tebogo ever since and she's always busy and she hardly return my calls despite insisting that i want to talk to her manager Up until today i dont have the claim number and my taxi is still standing and loosing a lot of money
