Where do I start...I never write reviews, but their IT systems need to be investigated

Zero stars! A total cluster mess. When we had our vehicles (we sold it) insured with them, almost every month they use a different reference number when deducting the debit order, and its a different amount. Someone else policy details is used, when deducting the amount from our bank account. When we query it, we been referred from one person to next, with no resolution. They send us someone else's policy details. We told them multiple times, this is not our details. Please update the policy to reflect our details. The shocking fact it, the person passes away, they still contact us to find out if we know the person. Crazy!. But here is the kicker....We sell our vehicles, they still continue deducting money from our account. Month after month, we show them the cancellation letters, produced by them, that the policies have been cancelled, they continue deducting money. But wait, that's not all, On enquiry why the money is still been deducted, we are informed that the policy came up for renewal...thats crazy!!! We informed them that the policy has been cancelled, how the heck can a cancelled policy come up for renewal. We've been reversing the debit orders with the bank, but every time, they use different reference numbers when deducting the money. We decided to close the bank account. They need to be seriously investigated. STAY AWAY at all cost. We just glad we never claimed from them.
