SA Taxi landline

I am very disappointed in the poor service i have received from SA Taxi. My Father passed away on the 17/008/2023 and his taxi was repossessed on 21/08/2023. We have been trying to call the repossession department for days to make paymrnt arrangements but there is never an answer. Yesterday we called tge enquiries department and were advised that the relevant department would contact us within 2 - 3 hours of the call which we still have not received a call.
