SA Taxi is in Breach of POPI Act - Disclosing personal Account information to clients Family Members

SA TAXi is harassing my wife by contacting her for an account that is in my name. They call her and send her sms threats, threatening legal action for an account that is not even in her name. An account that I am paying monthly. They are breaching the POPI Act in a terrible way because they are breaking my family apart. If I do not get contacted to sort this matter out, I will not be surprised because even their Collections line keeps on ringing with no answer. I Need a Senior Manager to contact me with a resolution on this matter. They need to remove my wife's contact number from all their files before I take legal steps against this Violation of my rights to protection of personal information!
