SA TAXI IS A ****

Hope this letter finds you well, My father hase a contract with SA taxi for over 6 years now paying till covid come which they had a relief they were unable to pay according to the agreement they he was called to make payment arrangements in 2020 around October which he was owing SA Taxi 180 000 we the made a down payment of R 30 000, agreed by Mr. Hoosen Seedat *** and Prince Sambo. On the new arrangement agreement he was is going to pay R11 500 for a period of 2 years which they add a year on top of the normal year he initially signed for. I agreed and the payment continued till 2022 December.

I requested that they cancel insurance as we have a new insurance which we are going to pay less amount for as we have requested SA taxi to look into the insurance premiums we have been paying for over 5 years without claiming but the premiums keep going higher and higher. They did not allow us me I then sent them the details of our new insurance which they declined and they did not allow the insurance to do the debit as they confirmed they will be the one transferring the insurance amount to the insurance company.

I continued paying the money as agreed though some months it was not on the correct date due to money not being available through the payment was made even large amount of money where paid, 2023 I’m now being summoned that I owe R180 000 again how come when I have been paying the installments and as agreed with SA Taxi. I have logged /opened a case with Ombudsman which I’m still waiting for them to respond. Now today SA TAXI come and they took the vehicle stating that they have cancelled the contract I have with them and I was never advised of this I’m surprised how possible is that when I’am still looking for help and Lebohang Manoto who was now the guy handling the new case from SA Taxi was advised of this.

Please not we have all the proof of communication and the proof of payments with SA taxi.

in Feb 2023 they advised the vehicle owes R 180 00 today Mr. Manoto says he owes R 80 00 which they didn't not advised.

1. May I please have the current balance due 2. May I please be advised when did this case send to court and why was he not advise. 3. May you please advise why was the contract terminated between SA Taxi and Mr Ziqubu 4. Under which non payments is the vehicle being pounded may we have a full report in regards to this querie.
