SA taxi insurance made me to lose my taxi

After my last massage the SA taxi finance called me and told me they taking the taxi away and that they giving me up to 9 march to pay them R 57,000 they say the SA taxi insurance was supposed to report to them that the taxi was involved in an accident but they did not that is why the amount we owe to them has increased from R25,000 to R 57,000 they say my contract ended on January this year and the accident was made on October if my taxi was not involved in an accident i would have done with my installment the taxi insurance they could have paid my taxi because they took time to fix my taxi they send some one to look at the taxi and sad they will fix it because of the seats yet took time to fix it as we speak now it has no been fixed the SA taxi finance say that they will fix the taxi and sell if i dont pay the remaining amount my question is why the insurance company did not report the accident and why they took the taxi for so long knowing that they will not fix it i borrowed R 119000 from my sister bank to cover the taxi yet its like i have done nothing pleas help me get my taxi back i cant lose my 6 year of hard work and my bread, my kids bread pleas ibag of you pleas
