SA taxi insurance khusela
I got bad experience with SA taxi insurance I paid insurance from 2017 till 2023 with no claim there reject my first claim and the brought my taxi to my home the taxi was stripped from inside to outside it is only body that is left I don't know what must I do with it I send them video for arrival of taxi

This complaint was escalated to the Office of the National Financial Schemes Ombud (Formerly OSTI). and a comprehensive response was submitted via the Insurer Guardrisk regarding this matter.
On the 14/10/2024- NFO issued a preliminary ruling in favour of the Insurer
