SA taxi Finance they are ******

SA taxi has taken me for granted. I asked for a settlement in 2021 May they sent me and said I must pay R169,000 for a settlement before the 30th of June and I did pay R170,000 before then. Now instead of giving me my papers they go from pillar to post. I tried calling them and sending them emails they all ask for 2 things from me a settlement letter and proof of payment I have given them all that and after that they disappear. On the 30th of September 2021 I received an email from their department of recovery from Sibongile Mboyi saying please find SA taxi settlement letter as requested of which I never asked for a settlement letter, how can I when I have already paid for the settlement that I received in May. Now they say I must pay R42,553.94 before the 10th October 2021. I am so fed up with SA taxi finance could you please give me my papers so that I can move on with my life
