SA taxi finance not yet fixed my taxi since last

Gud day hello peter team my name is Sister Malesa ID *** ihave made a claim or complained agaist SA taxi finance since last year october then they responded and took the taxi away on the 14th of january 2016 be for that they send asseser to look at the taxi since they have not yet fixed the taxi wen we call them the phone is answerd by ntokozo she tell me they have not fixed the taxi even now she tells me that she cannot fix the taxi becouse of the claim imade but when they took the taxi they sad they will fix it yet they have not. i dont know if they take an advantage of me being a woman now the taxi cant start wen they took it because the colllision affected the ignition during the acccident they was acrack next to the ring gear now itook the taxi to be painted and get the seats fixed i cannot afored a lawyer pleas help me awas left with 25000 rand before the accident now i am awing close to R 50 000 the taking long to fix the taxi yat he ereas of the taxi they not constant they keep on going up
