SA TAXI FINANCE MUST FALL. CUSTOMER SERVICE POOR

For the past 5 months I have been requesting my account statement. Every month I get sms indicating three different amounts. Each time I call the call centre my calls are hanged up or there is no one to answer the call. No one at SA TAXI FINANCE want to assist me. There customer service is ZERO. They only know how to demand payments during the pandemic. My claim of 2019 has not be finalized.
