SA taxi finance bad survise after an accident

My name is SISTER Malesa my taxi was involved in a car accident with a car wich it lost control on sharp curve fist the towing company towed my taxi for free they sad they will fix it if our insurance is willing to let them fix the taxi but our insurance rejected the offer and took it to their own workshop only to found out that they just fixed the front view only they did not even check the wheel if they strait o not they put on an old desh board , the engine is not working well after the collision the taxi seats are burned ,car making funny sounds at the back people say its a deaf the electricity of the car is not functioning well some of the desh board is missing and doors are not closing well the taxi is not full painted they just painted the from the front doors up to the front doors ,the windows handles are not working one side and the cover doors on the floor are missing they took it for a month and half iam left with 40000 to finalise my taxi payment now i canot pay the taxi installment which is 10000 a month because the taxi is not working i have been paying the taxi for more than four years
