SA TAXI Finance
This is my 3rd review regarding SA TAXI Finance And I am really really disappointed and discussed about this company. On the 21 of May they insisted that I must come to take a taxi that they got for me after *******ly after repossessing it *******ly insurance has payed they the amount of R56143.04 and they gave me an old taxi which they fixed so it can look new to my eyes. I went to dealership in Midrend since am no longer in taxi industry my late husband was the one running the business that's where I found out the taxi has been fixed and resprayed. I called Mr Solomon Mpofu and informed him about this and I asked Mr Solomon to take it back and give me money because no dealership wants to buy this taxi if it was that good as they said it would have been sold by now. I was stuck in Midrend with no food to eat and no place to sleep and left my kids with neighbors in Eastern Cape with neighbors thinking that the would have been sold in Midrend so I can be able to go back home. I called Mr Solomon Mpofu and informed him about this case he insisted that I must go back to Eastern with it and I didn't have money to go back home so I drove back with their old Vehicle which they gave me.
The old vehicle they gave me the lights went off on the way back we had to drive with bright lights which was a risk to other drivers.
And they told me the market value of this old vehicle they gave me with a reversed Milliage and had no service book and am now in Eastern Cape trying to sell the car no dealership wants to car.
SA TAXI FINACE PLZ GIVE ME MY MONEY AND TAKE YOUR CAR .
they told me to go back to Eastern with it and I also agreed because I had no money to go back to Eastern Cape No food to eat No place to stay and no one even cared to ask since I have been giving them reports. Am now stuck in Eastern Cape with the old vehicle

We refer to your review regarding the replacement vehicle you took delivery off.
In my discussions with you, you confirmed your satisfaction when you were shown the vehicle, your concerns only started when you tried to sell the vehicle.
Before the vehicle was replaced, we made it clear to you that the replacement vehicle is not a new vehicle as the vehicle repossessed from you was not new. However, the replacement vehicle was much better than the vehicle repossessed from you.
Since your first review, the following progress has been made:
1. You were paid the full beneficiary assist amounts for all the three vehicles per the Credit Life policies issued, and confirmed receipt thereof
2. You were handed over the three Original Natis documents for the vehicles in question
3. You were offered a replacement vehicle following settlement of the account by the Insurance per the Credit Life policy which was in place.
As per my confirmation on email, a meeting has been scheduled for this coming Thursday to review your case and map the way forward.
We will keep you posted after the meeting
