We hereby confirm that our client's own damage claim and all liability claims attached to the accident of the 25/12/2024 have been declined.
We have addressed an email to you with the grounds for repudiation of the claim and recommend that your liability claim be redirected to our client in his personal capacity, as we have long shared the outcome of his claim with him.
