SA TAXI CREDIT LIFE ****!!!!!

I am writing this review heavily disappointed and disgusted with the service that I am currently receiving with SA TAXI and their insurance GUARDRISK. This company is *********** our poor BLACK parents who are trying to make an honest living exploiting them and capitalizing on their disadvantage of being illiterate. On the 05 th of August 2022 my father got involved in a car accident with his car which was still under finance with them and ultimately passed away a few days later. We submitted all relevant documentation to their insurance and SA taxi since the car had a Credit Life and upon their assessments, they declared the quantum a write-off upon which they then issued a TOTAL LOSS AGREEMENT for us to sign. On the agreement it is stated that the insurance will settle the full balance remaining and NOTHING is due to beneficiaries since the car was still owing but surprisingly no mention of the Credit Life when we enquire information about the Credit Life cover, no one wants to entertain it. SA TAXI maintains that the insurance with settle via accident cover because we submitted to the insurance first and not credit life, also stating thet the deceased did not die "on the spot" they are ducking and diving trying all means to evade anything that has to do with their Credit Life THAT IS SUPPOSED TO PAY THE CLAIM. Even worse they are now refusing to provide my mother with her husband's policy schedule as it was requested by her lawyer, WHAT ARE THEY HIDING?? It has been 3 moths now without any income at home and they are just not budging, the taxi was the only source of income we had, and they are blatantly refusing to cooperate with us.
