SA taxi bad service

My mother bought a taxi in Sept 2019 from SA Taxi. Then covid came and SA taxi granted relief. We received a letter the all of a sudden it was not granted after variois phone calls it was granted again.

Then my mom opt for debt review. The external debt review company made the necessary arrangements with SA Taxi and her other creditors. Then SA taxi declined the debt review arrangement. The debt review company took it further then.

Since the my mothe is paying every month her debt review installment and they paying SA taxi we have the proof. Remember this is now since covid. Last week she received a court order regarding her vehicle. It states in the court they did not accept the debt review. She has 10 days to respons.

I then call SA taxis attorneys who said i should put everything in writing. Which i did. After no response. I called SA Taxi no answer i then emailed SA taxi. On thursday a representative of SA Taxi responded they will look into the matter and come back to her.

Today at 7am they called her and demanded 150000 on the 6th of September or they will continue with the process. My mom is still under debt review they pay everymonth the installment to SA taxi and her other creditors. SA taxi did not even send one statement regarding her account and she did asked several times.

She is 75 and stressed this is her income. She dont have 150000 by 6th the will take her taxi. Why did SA Taxi waited from 2021 till now only the react now. Now they demand all the money once.
