SA TAXI- A BIG THANK YOU AND A JOB VERY WELL DONE.

Today 20th August 2021 I took my parents to SA Taxi for their vaccination. I could not go to sleep without writing a review on the company and how well they handled us. My mom (68 years old) has a back injury which makes it extremely painful to walk. I had spent the whole week worrying about how she would cope with being in a long queue to receive her jab.

This morning when we got to SA Taxi I realised that I had worried for nothing because the service we received from the moment we arrived at security at the gate we were given outstanding service by everyone we encountered at the vaccination site.

The two guards at the gate were fantastic. I explained to them my mother's condition and they advised us to park closer to the entrance. The young lady (security) who saw us approaching the door came to us and told us that she would see if she could get a wheelchair for my mother. She came back with another brilliant young lady (SA Taxi Site Co-ordinator) who told us to go back to the car and that she would arrange for a nurse to come to the car. She gave us the forms and explained carefully how we should complete them. She even gave us some water to drink while we waited.

A few minutes later the Healthcare Site Co-ordinator (Ernst) came to the car. He apologised for making us wait (we didn't even wait long) and he proceeded to give my parents their jabs. We had a great conversation with him as he vaccinated my parents, putting them at ease. When he left he told us to wait while he fetched out goodie bags. A few minutes later an EMT young man came bringing the goodie bags. He explained that Ernst was a bit busy and that he had brought the bags.

Everyone treated us like we matter. They were caring and attentive and as we drove away my parents and I remarked about how amazing it was that everyone that we met today had been outstanding in the service they gave to us.

So this is just a message to say THANK YOU. Thank you so much from me and mom and dad. If Twitter allowed us to post more than just a few characters I would have posted the message for the whole world to see. I checked the website but I could not get an email address to send the message to. So I thought that doing it through Hellopeter is another great way to get my message across.

To the CEO of the company, I have to say well done because you have an organisation that treats people (strangers no less) with dignity, respect and care. That says a lot about the culture you cultivate within your company. GOOD JOB. :)
