Sa taxi

Last year October I was financed and bought a Toyota quantum .... I have been having problems with the car even now it's at the workshop ... everytime I try to do a job it breaks .. now all the people who gave me jobs do trust me anymore because I always dissappnt ... I went to the dealership and finance department but they could not solve anything ..I told them to take back the car it's been 3 months now and still no they could not help ..now the quantum does not have a job and month end am expected to pay R14000 installment..now the installment are pulling up because I don't make payments ... am stuck with the car, now money coming in , no solution at all ... they say I must surrender the car and I will have to pay +- R100000 in penalties and all that
