SA taxi

My mom's taxi had an accident on May 2016 and written off. On August 2018 she received a call from SA taxi stating that she was supposed to get a money from SA taxi, They ask her to send a copy of banking statement so that they can pay her. My mother send everything that was required from her. Still today nothing has been paid.
