Rude and unprofessional consultants at SA Taxi

There is a consultant by the name of Senzo, when he 1st called me and asked why I missed my installment, I went on to explain. He rudely interrupted telling me he is listening to me going on and do I think I can tell them that I will be able to pay in the new month. So I told him there is no need for him to ask the question. when he call me again on the 30th of Jan and ask me the same question I specifically answered "there is no need to explain"...... He would not let me finish my statement once again and instead insisted that I mean there is no need to pay the for the car and they are going to take it. Senzo is very rude and extremely unprofessional!
