Rude and no customer care ethics

<p>we bought a car from SA Taxi and we skipped one month of premuim when tryining to make arrangements they say that they going to reposses the car.when i called in i spoke to Phumzile who was so rude screaming and shouting at me i then asked to speak to a manager worse mistake that anyone could i have made spoke to lerato the rudess woman alive shouting and screaming worse when i ask to speak to her manager she dropps and even tells me that i need to her as she is the boss.</p> <p> </p> <p>i want to know how can SA Taxi hire such rude people</p>
