Rude and discriminating agent!!!

I called to request for a copy of my log book for a bakkie which I purchased in 2014. A call centre agent by the name of ASANDA took my call. Firstly she accused me of being a man because of my deep voice and then she put me on hold for like 3 minutes before hanging up the phone. After that I called three times and my call never went through. Horrible horrible service and she needs to account for the discriminating me just because of my voice.
