Regret the day i got in cahoots with SA TAXI FINANCE

Got finance from SA TAXI on a taxi but till this day I'm struggling to register/put my permit on the taxi since the taxi is still showing a duplicate which means it's still registered to the previous owner I've been calling left right and center spoke to a Sphamandla that promised that the issue would be fixed which did not happen received a call from a Thandi which works at collections department as well and i explained to her what made or let to me not paying my installment knowing it would be easier to get their attention she then she transferred me to her supervisor who said they will assist me with the issue at hand just few minutes their after the manager called and i explained the same thing and she promised high and low as to how they will fix this i should just send the proof of the duplicate that shows and i already sent 4 emails to them with the proof of the duplication on the taxi but till this day no response I'm unable to drive the routes I'm supposed to because I'm unable to register my permit to the taxi. And on the other side they are quick to call regarding payment that's not done
