Refuse to pay taxi after accident

I had bad experience with this insurance it is so easy for them to take money of poor people when coming to pay the will look for all excuses to not pay and the will ask you silly questions eg where are you working what is your position there now the s**** the car after that the refuse to pay this is bull **** insurance since 2017 I paid them without any claim
