Refund query

Correct ID number is *** 087 late deceased my mother. My ID number is the Executor is *** 085

Neo Tshabalala how come he/she replies to my email after 22:00 at night (Disadvantages of employees who are working from home), i have emailed, called customer service but no one is attending to my query. Deceased department advised that refund query should be attended to by customer service department. 2 agents from customer service confirmed the refund status is there on the system and is escalated to Neo Tshabalala. 3 full weeks no way forwad, my attorneys will be knocking on the office doors.
