Really taking people for a ride ....................very angry

My taxi was involved in an accident on the 29 June. My vehicle is still in the workshop , no updates from the Insurance I have to call myself. I have been paying installments on it for the last 2 months whilst it is generating no revenue. This is a joke of an insurance if they do not understand that taxi is a self-generating revenue they do not give a rats behind how you pay a vehicle under them.2 MONTHS IS REALLY CRAZY,

THIS IS NOT SA TAXI INSURANCE......FIX THIS.YOU ARE MISREPRESENTING YOURSELF AS COMPETENT.
