POPI Law ACT.
I took out taxi finance I fell behind with my payment however I am making payments daily into the account as I do not have the full amount yet the debit collectors from Sa Taxi Finance keeps calling me being very rude and say they going to repossesses the car and then someone from Sa Taxi Finance phones a 3rd party and disclose all my personal information my account information my ID number and how much I owe. We are going to take this further because I know about the POPI Law ACT.
