Poor Customer Service as usual

Poor customer service is something SATAXI does all the time, I have spoken to Solomon Mpofu who has an attitude at times, Logbook was scheduled to be sent last month and to date, nobody can tell me when or where they are, I have sent numerous email requesting and at this stage Solomon who was meant to give me feedback last week Thursday has decided to block my number.
