Poor customer service and harassment

My Toyota Quantum which is financed by SA Taxi was involved in an accident on 25 Dec 2014. It was towed to a panelbeater chosen by SA Taxi the first week of Jan 2015. Today it's 14 Aug 2015 and the car it's still by the panelbeater since Jan 2015. By virtue of the period at the panelbeater In my view this is an indication that it should have been a write-off. In the interim I'm being harassed by SA Taxi that I'm in arrears, but they know that the car is till by their panelbeater.<br> <br> I request that this car be written-off, no car can be at a panelbeater for 8 months! Something is definitely not right
