PLEASE BE CAREFUL

I bought a used Quantum from Taxi depot on the 02nd of April 2015 from Taxi depot Jhb through Taxi finance. I collect the vehicle and I was not told that I need to register it myself nor get the license plates. I called them last week Thursday to check when I can get the kin ended and I was told I need to do it mys of after a week of collecting the vehicle that didn't work. I took it to the license department and they told I need roadworthy before I could get the disc. So it means I bought a vehicle that is not roadworthy. Took it to Debra only to be told that the engine number in the car doesn't match the one on the paper so it need police Clarence. Is this vehicle ****** or what is happening. The print outs stated that the engine in a 2010 vehicle is a 2008 engine meaning it's old. I drove to them to get answers and they have been avoiding me since. taxi depot manage Mark says he doesn't care and they expect me to spend more more driving around them while they sitting in aircon office doing *****. please be careful when buying this vehicles because you might get a car that needs Clarence and they won't offer you asssistance.
