Payment relief

I don't even wanna give this people a star. I'm so fed up of this company as I've always paid my installment every month until lockdown. All other banks gave 3 months payment relief they only gave one and extended your term with four months. Now I was not even a month in arrears in June and they added an extra few thousand in July where a made full payment. To top it all off I've been trying to take out my own insurance and life cover with I do have but you blinded with their insane contract. You have no choice but to take out Insurance and life cover with them almost like they want to control you, yesterday a consultant called me regarding something and the way she spoke to me was so arrogant. Worst experience ever
