No progress on the claim from November 2014

My husband past on last year and I had to take care of the kids and the taxi business, he had two Toyota Quantum taxis financed and insured by SA Taxi. On the 21st of November 2014 I reported to the insurance, I was then told that the insurance will pay R80 000 towards the balance of each vehicle. And on top of that pay R20 000 on the estate account that they said I'm must open with the bank, which I did. And I was told that one of the requirements was for me to be legaly appointed estate holder, which I did and submitted al the required documents to the insurance all that was done last year. I have never been updated of the progress of the claim I have to call the insurance all the time, they always promise to get back to me which never happens. One of the requests that I had requested was for the insurance to pay R160 000 towards one of the vehicles which has the lower balance than the other one, as a single mother I find it difficult to pay as per the initial agreement . But if only the funds can be allocated as per my request I will be able to manage, with the monthly instalments and support my children. Honestly life is life is difficult.That is all I can say for now.
