Late estate refund query

No one is willing to assist me regarding a late estate refund, been taking from pillar to post, called since last week "Customer Service" spoke to Nomthandazo Makgoane she advised that emails have been sent to their finance department for assistance no response.

I just spoke to a guy now Mfundo if not mistaken from customer service who said its not their matter to deal with they only deal with live accounts.

This people need to refund me money i paid after my mothers death, deceased department has done their part R20 000 death benefit paid, refund im struggling.

Neo Tshabalala (***) doesnt even bother to respond my emails and i was referred to him/her.

Kelebogile Gaopalangwe from deceased department said its not their case but need to speak to customer service, i have been calling them for the past 3 weeks no positive response.

I am the executor on the estate im running out of patience really.
