KHUSELA INSURANCE 3RD PARTY CLAIM INSUFFICIENT FUNDS

Please abbreviate on how it came to me getting a settlement offer and because im not happy with the amount it gets said that your client didnt adhere to his or her policy and therefore my claim can not be entertained.Do you people have any idea what my family is currently going through being stranded for over 5 months with the vehicle being in this condition.I have lost better job opportunities because of this.Your client submitted a false report from the police station where there was none on the scene but traffic officers to have his or her Taxi restored.Only after wards (4 months later)i was given the claim number to send my AR that indicates that your client had a ******* driver operating his Taxi.It is really unfair and unjust for Khusela to offer me 75% less of the damges caused as per quotes when the AR clearly states who was at fault then you refuse to even pay out the little bit you offered.I would've gladly accepted 60% of the quoted amount just to have my vehicle drivable and safe again.Someone didn't do their job right as all the correct information and documents was forwarded to Khusela Insurance before the ridiculous settlement offer was made,then only to request it again for investigation(Was this not done at the time of my submission?So now that your client is sorted now you are trying to find a way to not settle my damages.How can someone sleep knowing they are ripping the livihood from respectable law abiding citizens to cater for the one who is at fault.
