INSURANCE CANCELLATION LETTER NOT RECIEVED!!!

Good day

It has been over 48 hours requesting for an insurance cancellation letter from SA TAXI. As per initial agreement I completed the first 12 months with their insurance and now I want to take out my own preferred insurance!! Shannon Heunes still has not responded with the letter even worse their lines for insurance are pathetic you hold on for over 45mins until they decide to cut the call. SHANNON HEUNES PROVIDE ME WITH THE CANCELLATION LETTER AS I REQUESTED ON THE 30TH ALREADY!!!
