I was ****** by SA TAXI Finance I would like to put complaint

11 Mar 2025, 02:34My husband was brutally ******ed 😢 09 August 2022 he bought a taxi from SA TAXI Finance
Few weeks before he died and I reported to them that his no more and submitted documents because the taxis had a life insurance at "GuardRisk" the insurance was payed up all other taxi's that was in the cover was payed.
I was never shown how much did the insurance payed,how much each taxi owed and how much is left
They told me that the cover also covers his areas bt they told me to Pay R14000 for each taxi because my husband was supposed to pay on the 1st of August and he died on the 9th of August so they will keep the car documents until I pay that amount
On the 4th of December 2022 they went to the rank and repossessed the taxi that he took before he passed away and told me that the car was not payed by the insurance because he was supposed to finish 6 months so the car can be covered.
Till today they never gave me my documents for taxis and each and everytime I am trying to call them they will just take my husband documents and drop my calls and they still owe me money for insurance which was supposed to be paid from each taxi
