Have empathy towards my situation please

I received my taxi end Feb, installments was due 2nd April The driver i had never paid me i called Sa Taxi they undertood but only have me a few days grace, while i opened. Case against the driver at court to pay the amount within 21 days now i was wondering they can give me grace until then please I have to fix taxi and find a new driver. And i dnt want them to reprocess the vehicle please i just need time or evens pay extra every month
