Happy about how my query was resolved

I shared a review previously with regards to the amount that was charged on my account. Patience Bunu contacted me from the company and many more other people including Faith from their insurance department. I am happy today to share how everything was handled and rectify to my satisfaction. Those ladies were so professional did all the follow ups that were needed with me till the end. I got assisted with even other queries I had still waiting for feedback. I am soo happy today and have peace of mind knowing that everything is in the past we can work well and go forward
