Frustrated and very disappointed with SA Taxi insurance

My taxi was involved in an accident sometime last year 2017 , I called the insurance they got me a tow truck that delivered it at the panel beater Louis Trichardt which took them 4 months to fix it. Then i was called to collect it and on the way it was vibrating and started smoking then when open the fixed parts just realized that most parts replaced were old , the doors were not opening and was told they were replaced with new things , and things were falling the windscreen was falling, my car is just a mess . I called the insurance to explain what is happening to my car they said i should take the car to the panel beater so they can fix it which i did. the insurance sent an assessor to assess the car and he confirmed that everything replaced in the car was old so now the insurance told the panel beater to get the new parts and re-fix the car again. My frustration in this situation is that i have been happy and comfortable with the fact that i am financed by SA Taxi Finance and insured by SA Taxi insurance. Thinking that if anything happen they will update each other. But now that the insurance did not do its job , the car could not work and now the finance wants me to pay the monthly installment where do i get the money to pay for the car.
