Extremely poor service ****ming people with off they hard earned money

We've had two of of our claims declined by SA TAXi with no valid reason , they do this via a one sentenced email, literally. No explanation whatsoever. our second vehicle was involved in an accident on the 14 may 2024 , we immediately began the with the claims process and we where informed via email that the car was deemed as a write off , we than asked for the vehicle so we could have another penal beater to assess and give us a quote so we an send back to the insurance following that we received an email stating that the claim has been closed because we had asked for the vehicle
