Extremely Poor Customer Service

Horrible customer service. calls are not picked for forever. once in a blue moon when they are picked you are shuttled between agents until you are dropped somewhere in between. SA Taxi has the most useless agents than any company i've dealt with. I ended up giving up on my query three months of trying every week.
