Disheartening service delivery

Hi my name is Ritshidze, in 2019 i bought a taxi financed by SA taxi finance. Unfortunately the business excitement was short lived due to Covid 19. Account started being on arrears. Since I couldn’t catch up with the arrears 2022 June I decided to surrender the taxi. Ever since then no communication has been made. You call them and they keep saying they don’t know when they will auction the taxi. It’s been a year and haft now. I even suggested if they return the car since things are slowly back to normal because with that debt my life is stagnant they refused. I’ve tried everything possible to a point that I don’t know what I’m living for.Please help
