Disgusting call centre attitude

SA Taxi finance please take your call centre agent for communication training, they are very rude and dismissive, one thing you must bear in mind a lot of taxi owners who are your clients are elderly and not educated people, how your call centre agents talk to our parents is appalling and disgusting! Worse you won't even allow us to help them as you want to the account owner! My dad has been sending you POP the whole of last month, you keep giving him different email addresses to send to and keep calling saying you did not receive! Now I dare you guys to hand him over, you will see how crazy I can be, Im the one who brought him there to buy from you, we received the best service, your after care really sucks! The instalment that you are you did not get (March) did go through, we have been trying to send you bank statements without success, can we please be assisted we are sick and tired of your everyday rude phone calls, they are annoying!!!!!!!!!!!!! ***
