CREDIT AMOUNT ON MY ACCOUNT

I am and have been a customer of SA Taxi for many years now. My first problem is that they don't send me statements. On Friday the 20th May I phoned to request a statement and was told it will be send, but it was never send. On Monday the 23rd I phoned again and only after the second attempt did I receive the statement. My query on the statement is that I have a credit amount of R41 000.00 and my debt is R216 000.00, why is SA TAXI Finance not taking the R41 000.00 and subtracting it to the debt amount of R216 000.00 so that my debt amount is reduced to R175 000. Is SA Taxi Finance doing this on purpose so that my debt is not reduced and I continue being indebted to them indefinitely, what is the aim of not subtracting the credit amount from the debt amount?

Good day,

Following the reply on the 31st May I was contacted by an agent of SA Taxi and they told to me send them a letter instructing them to pay the credit amount on my outstanding balance. I did that the same day via email. I have since been trying to follow-up if it was done and each time I phone they tell me someone will contact me and it never happens. Please assist.
