Covid-19 epidemic/grace on payments

I want to know about the current situation that our country is it regarding covid-19. Other banks has given customers payment holidays. I've been calling you guys send emails but I just get no reply. This is really sad from your side to ignore your customers, but you reveice your payment every month with your high interest rates. We all didn't see this epidemic coming and taxis are not operating cause people are to scared for the spread of the virus, how do we now make payments do we have too loose our businesses after paying so long. You can at least answer my calls or email.
