COMPLAINT: Unhappy customer

Good morning. I purchased a vehicle in January 2020. Paid my installments until lockdown started end or March. I received a SMS from SA Taxi saying that I've got grace for April, my other taxi which is with a different financing company gave me 3 months grace and reduced my installment. In May a consultant called regarding payment (lockdown level 5), the consultant told me I should pay what I can, but not telling me that full payment is required. A few months later I received sms's and calls saying my account is in arrears. Since then I've been trying to negotiate with them and make payment arrangements, I pay as much as I possibly can every month. Last month I received a letter from SA Taxis lawyers threatening to reposses the vehicle if I do not pay my arrears within 10 days. I called the lawyers and it was told to me that my arrears has been handed over to them but they will email SA Taxi saying that I did enquire about it. I emailed and tried getting through to the accounts department but still no reply from them. Although I'm unable to pay my full installment I at least try to get close to the amount, I've never skipped an installment, only last year April when they gave 1 month grace. No one expected this pandemic but yet we are threatened even though payment is made every month.
