Clear my credit profile

Never in my life have I come across a company that does this to their customers. Yesterday I found out I have 3 vehicles financed by sa taxi which I only have 2 and paying 2. How can you have 3 vehicles on your credit profile if you only paying 2 and 2 is registered in your name. Now I contacted sa taxi and they can't explain what happened send emails. No one answers. This is ludicrous
