Centre portion for a def

Hi I need help I bought a new part Centre portion for a Def and it was faulty from them but refuse to take it back. No refund nothing. Am struggling now I can’t work. Please call my mom on her number *** Annah Mazibuko. She needs your help ?

We contacted your mother only to discover that the centre portion was not purchased at SA Taxi Auto Parts .
