CANT COMPLAIN ABOUT THE SERVICE , THERE IS NONE

after 5 + months my cars bumper is still not repaired after the accessor came to assess the car , damages were R9000+ but this unsurance wants to pay 3500 for a scratch at the back of my car which they damaged the front (bumper) SA Taxi Insurance people are so *********** i have no words , i just want my car fixed... im so sick of sending follow up emails each and every single day .. what a disgrace , i have never in my life experienced such poor service when their taxi driver bumped my car ... from august 2022 _ to now nothing has been resolved.
