Biggest Taxi ****mers and rude customer service

Sa taxi is the biggest **** ever, people should stay away from buying taxis from them, I don't even want to start in the customer service, thier agents are very rude and disrespectful they take advantage of the our parents as most of thier customer are senior citizens.

My parent's health has deteriorated due the inconsistencies and mishandling of payments they make monthly at SA Taxi, they have already paid more that R1,2 million at SA Taxi, when you request a statement thier rude agents send you from pillar to post.we made arrangements in May to pay off the balance which was R207,000, as of 19 August we have paid about R113,000 and the repossessed the taxi yesterday, thier statement only shows that we paid R92,000 and still thier balance even went up it says now we owing R249,000 , yesterday I provided all the receipts and they said , we have to pay the towing fee,legal fee and 2 months instalment, they come up with a huge amount knowing that you might not be able to come up with that amount and lose the taxi,

This business needs to shut down it's killing our parents 😔 it's sad watching your parents go through this while dealing with rude agents that don't care.
